  The SPEC building is a unique, real-world demonstration center for green building techniques, renewable energy technologies and energy conservation.  It is the only building in British Columbia that features solar photovoltaic, solar hot water and solar hot air energy systems all in one building.
  
  Our September tour will be part of our "SPEC Social-what we are all about!" event (more information on this event will be available soon).  This shortened version of our regular tour will be free of cost.

  Doug Horn is a Certified Energy Advisor Technologist and LEED Accredited Professional. He is as consultant working on green building, resource efficency and renewable energy projects.
